Login/Logout Pages

Creating a Login Page is pretty simple, all you need is a resource access grant and a login form.

Step 1) Create resource access grants _login and _logout

Step 2) Create a login page with a form and set its position to 1. (the animated GIF contains a basic example)

Step 3) Users will want to log out of the application, so we can create a simple logout button
Note that the resource access grant _logout (see 1) needs to exist for users to be able to log out.
